Port Hadlock – Sewer Facility Plan

P&M provided conceptual estimates to support the development of the Sewer Facility Plan for the Port of Hadlock/Irondale service area.

Responsibilities

P&M was a sub-consultant to TetraTech team that was contracted by Jefferson County to prepare a Sewer Facility Plan to (1) study alternatives for developing a sewer system and (2) identify the sewer planning boundary for the proposed Port Hadlock Urban Growth Area (UGA). The plan envisioned to address facilities planning constraints; planning area description; regulatory requirements; population, flow and load analysis; collection systems alternatives; wastewater treatment alternatives; disposal and reuse alternatives; alternatives evaluation and recommended facilities; public participation; implementation program; and, environmental documentation.
