King County WTD – East Section WTF

Description

This project provides multidisciplinary engineering services for the East Section Wastewater Treatment Division facilities, related to modifications, upgrades, repairs, and other improvements to influent pumping, primary and secondary treatment, disinfection, solids handling, auxiliary systems, effluent pumping and discharge, onsite laboratory services, chemical handling, odor control, and biogas management systems.

The B&C team was re-awarded this contract second time in 2018.

Responsibilities

P&M provides construction cost estimates, critical path methodology schedules and risk assessments in accordance with the King County WTD Estimating & Schedule Guidelines during alternative design and final design phases.
