Copenhagen – Wastewater Treatment Plant

Description

Expansion of an existing wastewater treatment facility located at Lynetten and Damhusåen. The plants treat wastewater from 8 municipals from and around Copenhagen, Denmark. The 60~80-mgd facilities treat waste water from industry and households with a population of approx. 1.1 million people.

Responsibilities

Program management configuration; development and implementation of project management system “artemis”; project controls; CPM scheduling; earned value management and progress reporting.
