City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) – Project Planning & Control On-Call Consultant Support Services

Description

In August 2009, the City of Seattle retained P&M as a Prime Consultant on an on-call basis, to provide project planning and control support services on selected projects. Examples of services include but are not limited to development of Project Management Plans (PMP’s); monitoring and controlling of on-going PMP’s; and, business processes and tools development support.

Responsibilities

P&M provides on-site project controls & cost engineering services using Primavera (P6) & Microsoft Project, SPU’s standard templates and Project Management methodology and prepare Total Cost projections and Basis of Estimates using SPU’s standard Cost Estimating Guide and requirements.
