King County – EVM & CFP Ryerson Lift Replacement

Description

The Ryerson Lift Replacement project includes replacing eight aging lifts at Ryerson Base.

Responsibilities

P&M developed an Earned Value Management (EVM) / Cash Flow projection (CFP) tool and methodology to be utilized for the King County Ryerson Lift Replacement project. The scope of work further included evaluation and integration of Microsoft Project software in support of the EVM/CFP tool and finally implementation of tools and methodologies.
