Description
The Scotford project was a joint venture between NEPCO and PCL industrial contractors, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The Ft. Saskatchewan facility generates 80 MW electricity for sale to Trans Alta and produces 375,000 pph of process steam for use by shell chemicals. Nepco’s scope of work included engineering, procurement, and joint venture management. PCL provided project construction.
