We have extensive experience as a prime consultant with public entities, contractors and designers on projects both large and small. We have capabilities and licenses for all standard commercial off the shelf project controls/program management software (Synchro, Primavera, Microsoft Project, WinEst, MCACES and others), as well as, internal data base programming capabilities. We have developed the robust project controls software "Myriad™", which is designed to manage integrated project controls of: estimates; budgets; trends and cost controls; earned value management (EVM); forecasting; variance and change controls; risk register and risk based forecasting using the Monte Carlo technique.

We provide technical support for the critical components of the project delivery including the definition of project management plans: project organizations, roles and responsibilities, communication and reporting, as well as, delivery processes. We provide the solutions for program and project management including: complexity with reporting, providing accurate project status, lessons learned and benchmarking between projects, as well as, the challenge of managing multiple projects at the same time.
P&M has enhanced its competence with industry best practices and developed the P&M methodology for planning and controls. We are proactive and provide management with on-going status reports, monitoring of performance vs. plan, and provide assistance to resolve any project variances.
The P&M methodology supports the use of industry standard best practices in planning and controls. Fundamental to these are the Project Management guidelines developed and supported by the "Project Management Institute (PMI)" and documented in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Additionally, we adhere to and implement the best practices of the “The Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE)”.
