Kurt Ritter, Sr. Project Controls Engineer:
Kurt has extensive construction experience working on large-scale projects in the industrial, petroleum and commercial industries. His varied background in project management and controls has enabled Kurt to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. Kurt has extensive experience in construction, construction scheduling, time impact delay and recovery scheduling and the utilization of P3e/c enterprise project structure (EPS) functionalities to create and maintain program master schedules. His experience in diverse types of construction projects executing various project delivery and contracting methodologies and with different roles working with public entities, contractors, engineers and designers has given him the competence and skills to deliver projects effectively. He possesses effective communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills. Kurt understands construction and has solid understanding of how schedules are developed and how progress is evaluated. He has the ability to team-build with clients and gains the trust and confidence of team members to quickly problem-solve and affect solutions. He is an excellent self-starter working at project locations that have been diverse. Kurt is currently working at the Port of Seattle performing program project controls services primerly with the scheduling management of the new $450M rental car facility.
Connie Means, Project Controls Specialist:
Ms. Means has long experience as a project controls specialist/cost accountant and project assistant in the construction industries. She has extensive knowledge in the use of computers and software; currently with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
