P&M provides project control support services on any of the capital projects for the Seaport, Aviation, or Real Estate Divisions that may include any or all the controls elements such as cost estimating & control, scheduling, risk analysis and claims review.
To date, P&M is providing on site program and project support cost estimating, cost controls & scheduling services for various capital and construction projects for the Airport and the Seaport. Services being provided include develope and monitor project and program level schedules, review and validation of Engineer’s estimate and change order estimates, review of design and contract drawings and specifications for constructability. P&M is also tasked to develop standard estimating templates and processes to be utilized by project management teams and to assist the Port in the implementation of project management software and systems.
In February 2011, P&M was hired as the Prime Consultant to perform Project Controls Services.
Project Controls Services include assistance in establishing, monitoring and communicating project budgets, variances, trends and cash flow forecasts, project scheduling, cost estimating, risk analysis, reporting, and claims review.
